The firm of BLUMING FREIMAN FRANCO LLP, the original United States representative of Consulegis, having been a member since 1992, is delighted to announce that it has entered into an affiliation agreement with the law firm of MEISTER SEELIG & FEIN LLP. Meister Seelig has its most significant office in New York, with smaller offices in New Jersey and California. Bluming Freiman Franco shares office suites with Meiseter Seelig in New York. The firms remain independent entities, but will be servicing the clients of the other in areas depending upon where the expertise and experience is greatest. Meister Seelig will act as Of Counsel to Bluming Freiman Franco, each of the partners of Bluming Freiman Franco will be Of Counsel to Meister Seelig. Sid Bluming continues his practice in business and commercial law, including arbitration (domestic and international), with a specialization in intellectual property licening and cross border transactions.
