Balter, Guth, Aloni & Co. (“BGA”) has four branches throughout Israel in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa and Tiberias. It is one of the biggest law firms in Israel.
Advocates Moshe Balter and Ehud Guth set up the office in 1974. In 1991, the late Shaul Aloni, a former Supreme and District Court Judge joined the firm, as did Dr. Meir Rosenne, an expert in international law and a participant of the Camp David Peace Talks between Israel and Egypt.
BGA represents large clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, in civil and commercial matters in Israel and abroad. The firm accompanies international concerns opening business operations in Israel, from incorporation and obtaining the required Israeli licenses and permits for both the entity and its employees, drafting and negotiating all contracts, through tax planning within the client’s international framework.
The attorneys of the office’s litigation department have appeared in many of the largest cases in Israel, in the areas of commerce, company law, class actions (representing both claimants and respondents), real estate, administrative law, and agricultural issues.
