Johan Vanden Eynde graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles
He has been a member of the bar in Brussels
He was called to the bar in Paris in 1996.
Working for both private companies and public enterprises and services, he has developed specialised competences in numerous domains allowing him to meet his clients concerns and ensure that they benefit from a global service.
Among others things, his expertise covers the domains of commercial law, company law ( www.droitdessocietes.be ) , tax law and administrative law, mainly in terms of public procurement and public-private partnerships.
He has published numerous articles on company law, public procurement law, and competition law.
He is professor in company law at the Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer since 2002. He is also in charge of courses relating to public procurement at the Ecole Régionale d'Administration Publique.
He is the editor-in-chief of the review "Les Cahiers de Sciences Administratives" published by Larcier.
He is regularly involved in symposiums and seminars relating to company law in general, as well as administrative law.
Furthermore, he is a trustee of the EPEGON foundation (European People Governance Network)
