Expertise and experience
Gareth acts for a variety of clients from individuals to multinationals and has particular experience in the management of global trade mark portfolios, counterfeiting issues and the assignment of Intellectual Property Rights. He has principal clients with interests in the fashion, cosmetic, financial and healthcare industries.
Gareth firmly believes in building strong client relationships. He spends time getting to know his clients and their commercial strategies and aspirations before combining this knowledge with an understanding of the parameters of the law, so as to devise transparent, realistic and effective trade mark strategies.

Gareth graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with his Master’s degree after being awarded an Honours degree from Guy’s, Kings and St Thomas College Hospital, London.
Gareth joined Wynne-Jones IP in 2008 and became a partner in 2012.
His leisure interests include classic cars, music, film and mountain biking.
