Reto Arpagaus supports Swiss and international companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals in drafting and checking contracts as well as with corporate transactions, and he advises his clients in matters of intellectual property and competition law. Reto Arpagaus represents clients before state courts and courts of arbitration. He has extensive experience and specialist knowledge, in particular in the areas of financial services, industry, telecommunications and the sports sector. Reto Arpagaus is an active member of the board of different companies in these sectors. He publishes regularly and also gives talks on these specialist areas.
