Carmen Parra is a lawyer with a high international profile, specializing in business law, particularly corporate law, resolution of conflicts among partners, directors’ liability, as well as in negotiating and executing national and international transactions, covering all stages from the due diligence process and negotiations through to closing of the transaction, mainly in the tourism, chemical and IP sectors.
Carmen has been practicing for more than 20 years and has held posts of responsibility and has coordinated teams in multinational law firms. She was senior associate in Ernst & Young and has advised multinational companies in restructuring processes, investment and disinvestment transactions, as well as in their daily business and contractual transactions, such as distribution networks, franchise agreements and e-commerce.
