Alex joined Capital Law in October 2009 as a trainee and qualified into the employment team in 2011. She works with a range of clients on a variety of topics including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, negotiating exits, developing and delivering bespoke in-house training including topics such as shared parental leave and the public sector equality duty, undertaking employment due diligence on high value corporate transactions, intellectual property aspects of employment law and advising on the ambit of the Agency Worker Regulations 2010. Alex also provides immigration advice including assisting companies in becoming licensed sponsors and subsequently employing migrant workers.
